Parent Partnership & Education
The early years are a time of extraordinary growth — for children and for families.
-
We are committed to equipping parents as the primary educators and spiritual leaders of their children. Our parent seminars and workshops cover topics relevant to early childhood development, Montessori philosophy, Christian parenting, and whole-family wellbeing. Led by our educators and occasional guest experts, these sessions give you practical tools and deeper understanding to support your child at home and at school.
-
Twice a year — in the fall and spring — we invite families to sit down with their child's guide for a dedicated conference. You'll receive a thoughtful progress update rooted in observation, hear about your child's emerging interests and developmental milestones, and have the chance to observe your child in their classroom beforehand. These conversations are a partnership — we want to hear from you as much as you hear from us.
-
Twice a year we host Curriculum Nights, where parents are invited into the classroom to experience Kairos from the inside. Sit where your child sits, explore the materials they work with every day, and leave with a deeper understanding of the educational and spiritual journey your child is on.
-
At Kairos, leadership is accessible. We believe in open, honest communication with every family we serve. Whether you have a question, a concern, or simply want to connect, our Executive Director and Director of Education are here to listen and engage — not just at scheduled events, but throughout the year.
-
Warm coffee, good conversation, and a community of parents walking the same road. Our regular Coffee & Community gatherings bring families together with school leadership for informal, honest conversations about what's on your mind — parenting, faith, child development, and everything in between. These are some of our favorite mornings of the year.
