Executive Director, Founder
Mary serves as Executive Director of Kairos Christian Montessori and Discovery Christian Montessori, bringing a background in research, higher education, and early childhood development, with studies at Cornell University, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Teachers College, Columbia University. Following her calling into Montessori education after becoming a mother, she completed her Early Childhood Montessori training and now leads Kairos and DCM with a vision for faithful growth, operational excellence, and a nurturing, Christ-centered learning community. Her mission is to equip and prepare teachers for the children who will shape the world.

Site Director & Elementary Lead
Crisol-Iris serves as Director of Education of Kairos Christian Montessori, working in early childhood and elementary education over 20 years. She holds teaching and administration degrees from Kean University and William Paterson University and has experience working with children across infancy through elementary and middle school, including diverse learning needs. After becoming a Montessori parent, she pursued Montessori training and now leads with a passion for education, commitment to excellence, creativity, and a nurturing Christ-centered learning environment. Her mission is to equip the next generation and all future leaders in Christ.

PRIMARY LEAD
Mrs Inumula serves as a Primary Lead Teacher at Kairos Christian Montessori, bringing a strong background in early childhood and elementary education with studies from Osmania University. Passionate about guiding children in both their academic and spiritual growth, she continues her Montessori training through the AMS–MACTE Early Childhood certification program at Princeton Center for Teacher Education and brings warmth, dedication, and a nurturing presence to the classroom.
ELEMENTARY ASSISTANT
Mrs. Furuyama serves as an Elementary Assistant Teacher at Kairos Christian Montessori, bringing a background in human development and education with studies from University of California, Davis and teaching credentials through California State University. With experience teaching Kindergarten through 5th grade, she is passionate about literacy, individualized learning, and fostering a thoughtful, child-centered approach within the Montessori classroom.
ELEMENTARY ASSISTANT
Mrs. Son holds a background in education from Mercer County College and brings extensive experience teaching children from preschool through early elementary in both Korean, Sunday school, and Montessori settings. As Director of Sunday School at her church, she is passionate about identifying each child's unique, God-given talents and providing the thoughtful guidance needed to help them flourish.
PRIMARY ASSISTANT
Ms. Santiago serves as an Elementary Assistant Teacher at Kairos Christian Montessori, first joining the community as a parent and becoming deeply connected to the nurturing and thoughtful Montessori environment. While continuing her Montessori studies, she supports the classroom with care and attentiveness and is known for her calm, cheerful presence and meaningful connections with the children.

MUSIC TEACHER
Mrs. Angela leads private piano and music theory lessons for children ages 3 and older, bringing over 20 years of experience in music education across private/public schools and early childhood Music Together® programs. Holding a B.M. in Music Education from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts, she is passionate about fostering a love of music through engaging, developmentally enriching instruction that captivates and inspires young learners.
ART TEACHER
Mrs. Stephanie serves as the Art Enrichment Teacher at Kairos Christian Montessori, bringing extensive experience in fine arts, arts education, and community-based creative instruction. A graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology, she is passionate about nurturing creativity and artistic expression through engaging, hands-on art experiences for children.
TAEKWONDO INSTRUCTOR
Master Moon is a former South Korean Marine and 5th-degree black belt who has spent the last decade training both children and adults in the mental, emotional, and physical disciplines of Taekwondo. Drawing from his experience training U.S. troops and mentoring his own protégés, he leads KCM students in martial arts instruction, physical fitness, motor skill development, and character-building through discipline and perseverance.
