  • Submit an inquiry form or reach out to us directly at info@kairoscm.org. We'll be in touch within two business days to learn a little about your family and answer any initial questions.

  • Visit us during a live school day without your children and see our classrooms, meet our guides, and experience the Kairos environment firsthand. This is the heart of our admissions process — we want you to see it, not just hear about it.

  • We'll sit down with you — without your child present — to talk about your family's values, your child's development, and what you're hoping for in a school community. This is a two-way conversation, not an evaluation.

  • When you're ready, submit a completed application along with any required documents. Applications for the coming school year are open from March-September on a Rolling Decision basis. Spaces are limited — we encourage families to apply early.

  • If it's a mutual fit, we'll extend an enrollment offer and welcome you into the Kairos family. Your journey begins here.

Our Approach

At Kairos Christian Montessori, we do not formally assess or interview young children during admissions. Every child who joins our community is considered ready — our guides are trained to meet each child exactly where they are, honoring their individual pace, temperament, and God-given design. Elementary children new to Montessori may be invited for a trial day to ensure Kairos is the right fit.

Our process centers on conversation and connection. We want you to leave knowing not just what we do, but why — and feeling the warmth of a community where your child will truly be known.

In the spring and summer, newly enrolled children are invited to a Welcome Day — a joyful first introduction to their classroom, guides, and new friends.
